Day 02 - A picture of you and the person you have been close with for the longest.

Emily Bergstrom & I call each other "Kindergarten Best Friends." I'm pretty sure that's when we met and us blondes hit it off. Through the years at St. Philip's, our teachers would get us mixed up if we were in the same class because we looked a lot alike back in the day - blonde, chubby, blue eyes, yet athletic. We played softball since I began pitching machine and she was learning to pitch. I have caught for her throughout little league and really miss it. I did sneak away from school a few weeks ago to go watch her play at Prairie View. She's still fanning them with her lefty attack! I really miss softball but I miss playing with her the most. I love Emily so much! We have stayed close via long phone conversations that are always long over due, e-mails, facebook and most importantly, our long walks & talks. I wish we could go on one right now! We used to plan our lives out when we were little. Now that we're older, we see the world differently. I don't think we'll be getting married by the time we're 23. She wants to go to medical school and I want to go to Physical Therapy school. Big dreams for small town girls that I know we'll be friends forever!
